WHERE DID BUTTER BOARDS ORIGINATE?
Chef Joshua McFadden included a butter board recipe in his 2017 cookbook, "Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables". The New York Times reported on the fact that a butter board was featured in the cookbook, Six Seasons. After that, It then gained viral popularity on social media, particularly TikTok, through videos by recipe developer Justine Doiron.
